Deliveries and returns

Most items will be sent within 3-5 working days of the order being made. If for any reason this timeline cannot be adhered to the customer will be contacted. Dispatch times for items that are made to order will be discussed with the customer when the order is received. These will usually be in the region of 3 weeks however at peak times (eg Christmas) this can be considerably longer.

I try to ensure that every piece I make is of the highest quality and that each is sufficiently protected in transit to arrive in pristine condition. I take great care to accurately describe and photograph each item but the colour, finish and shape will vary slightly between handmade items made from natural materials. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me immediately before returning the item. It must be returned with the original packaging in an envelope or postal box which complies with a UK Royal Mail large letter format within 14 days of purchase and I would recommend returning the item by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Lily Mae Studios are not liable for packages lost in the mail or any other loss which is beyond our control. We are also not liable for any item which has been repaired by a third party.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, unless the item has arrived with them damaged or defective (proof required). Any refunds due will be made promptly on receipt of all required information and items. This will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Refunds cannot be issued for custom made items or earrings.

Exchanges can only be made after a product has been returned in its original condition. Earrings must still be in their sealed clear packaging. No exchanges are made on custom made items.

Order cancellations can be made on stock items if the order has not been shipped. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, then please follow instructions for returns.

Deliveries now made to the USA, Germany, Italy and Switzerland in addition to Scotland, England and Wales. Customers are responsible for paying any import tax and custom fees incurred.

We are registered with LUCID in Germany with our commitment to ensuring our packaging can be easily recycled.

We can only refund non-deliveries when the parcel is officially classified as lost by the Royal Mail. This is 15 working days after the date of delivery.
